The best size depends on your design and how you plan to use your pin.
Most custom enamel pins range from 1″ to 1.5″, with 1.25″ being our most popular size. Larger pins provide more room for detailed artwork, while smaller pins are great for simple designs and everyday wear.
As a general guide:
- 1″ – Simple logos, lapel pins, and budget-friendly designs
- 1.25″ – Our most popular size and a great fit for most designs
- 1.5″ – More detailed artwork and trading pins
- 1.75″ and larger – Highly detailed, commemorative, or statement pieces
