At TJC Pins, every order is custom-made specifically for you. We want you to love the finished product, and we take great care throughout the design and production process to make sure your order is made exactly as approved.
Production & Shipping
Production typically takes 2–3 weeks after final artwork approval and payment, although timing may vary depending on the product, quantity, design complexity, and current production schedule.
If you have an event date or need your order by a specific date, please let us know when requesting your quote. Rush production may be available depending on the project and production schedule.
Shipping is included with your order unless otherwise noted in your quote. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.
While we do everything we can to ensure your order arrives on time, carrier delays and other circumstances outside of our control may occasionally affect delivery dates.
Custom Orders & Returns
Because every TJC Pins product is custom-made specifically for you, all custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged due to a change of mind, customer-provided errors, or details that appeared on an approved proof.
Before production begins, you will receive a digital proof for review and approval. We offer unlimited proof revisions prior to approval, so please carefully review your design, spelling, colors, quantities, and other order details before giving final approval.
Once your proof has been approved and production has begun, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
Quality Issues & Manufacturing Defects
We stand behind the quality of our products.
If your order arrives damaged, contains a manufacturing defect, or differs materially from the final proof you approved, please contact us as soon as possible and include clear photos showing the issue.
We’ll review the order and work with you to make it right. Depending on the circumstances, this may include replacing or reproducing the affected items at no additional cost.
Please note that minor variations in color, plating, finish, or other characteristics may occur as part of the custom manufacturing process and are not necessarily considered defects.
