Welcome to TJC Pins. These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of our website and to quotes, orders, products, and services provided by TJC Pins. By placing an order with us, approving artwork for production, or using our website, you agree to these terms.
Custom Orders
TJC Pins creates custom-made products, including pins, medals, challenge coins, keychains, and other custom metal products.
Because each order is produced specifically for the customer, specifications including design, size, quantity, plating, colors, attachments, packaging, and other details should be carefully reviewed before final approval.
Artwork & Proof Approval
Customers will receive a digital proof for review before production begins. We offer revisions prior to approval so that you have an opportunity to make sure your design is exactly how you want it.
Production will not begin until the final artwork has been approved.
Your approval confirms that you have reviewed and accepted the design and order specifications shown on the final proof. This includes, when applicable:
- Spelling and wording
- Artwork and layout
- Colors
- Size and dimensions
- Plating and finish
- Product type
- Attachments and other specifications
TJC Pins is not responsible for errors or design details that appeared on the final proof and were approved by the customer.
Please review your proof carefully before approving it.
Colors & Manufacturing Variations
Digital proofs are intended to provide an accurate representation of the finished design, but colors displayed on a screen may vary from the colors of the physical product.
Custom manufacturing may also result in minor variations between individual pieces or between separate production runs. Slight differences in color, plating, finish, dimensions, positioning, or other characteristics are normal and are not necessarily considered manufacturing defects.
Customer-Supplied Artwork & Intellectual Property
By submitting logos, artwork, photographs, trademarks, names, or other materials to TJC Pins, you represent that you own the materials or have permission to use and reproduce them.
Customers are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions or licenses associated with materials submitted for production.
TJC Pins reserves the right to decline projects that we reasonably believe may infringe another party’s intellectual-property rights or otherwise be unlawful.
Design Work
Artwork and proofs created by TJC Pins are prepared for the purpose of producing custom products through TJC Pins.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, providing a proof does not transfer ownership of TJC Pins’ original design work, production artwork, molds, dies, manufacturing files, or other proprietary production materials.
Customer-owned logos, trademarks, and other preexisting intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
Quotes & Pricing
Quotes are based on the specifications provided at the time of the quote, including quantity, size, materials, design complexity, plating, packaging, and other production requirements.
Changes to the design or specifications may affect pricing.
Quotes may be subject to expiration or revision if manufacturing, material, shipping, or other costs change before an order is placed.
Payment
Payment is required according to the terms provided with your quote or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, production will not begin until final artwork approval and required payment have been received.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that billing and payment information is accurate.
Production Times
Most orders are completed within approximately 2–3 weeks after final artwork approval and payment.
Production and delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed unless specifically agreed to in writing. Complex designs, large quantities, holidays, manufacturing delays, customs delays, carrier disruptions, severe weather, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect completion or delivery.
If you have a firm event date, please tell us before placing your order so we can determine whether the requested timeline is feasible.
Changes & Cancellations
Because our products are custom-made, changes or cancellations may not be possible once an order has entered production.
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request if production has not begun.
Costs already incurred for artwork, molds, production, materials, or other services may be nonrefundable.
Shipping
Shipping terms, estimated delivery times, and policies regarding damaged or defective products are described in our Shipping & Returns Policy.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
TJC Pins is not responsible for delays resulting from incorrect addresses, carrier delays, customs processing, weather events, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Returns & Quality Issues
Because TJC Pins products are custom-made, custom orders are generally final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged because of a change of mind or a detail that appeared on an approved proof.
If an order arrives damaged, contains a manufacturing defect, or differs materially from the approved proof, please contact us promptly and provide clear photographs showing the issue.
We stand behind our work and will review legitimate quality concerns and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.

Product Photography & Portfolio Use
Unless you request otherwise, TJC Pins may photograph completed products and display those photographs as examples of our work on our website, social media accounts, portfolio, or other marketing materials.
We will not knowingly disclose confidential customer information through portfolio use.
If your project is confidential or you do not want the finished product displayed, please let us know.
Website Content
The text, graphics, branding, original artwork, photographs, and other content appearing on the TJC Pins website may be protected by copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property laws.
Website content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially used without permission except as permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, TJC Pins will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website, products, or services.
To the extent permitted by law, TJC Pins’ liability relating to a custom order will not exceed the amount paid to TJC Pins for the portion of the order giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Changes to These Terms
TJC Pins may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
Terms applicable to an order will generally be those in effect when the order is placed.
