Die-distruck lapel pins are an elegant display of sophistication that is perfect for employee rewards, graduations or other formal ceremonies. Our lapel pins are crafted using the highest quality methods and materials that will be treasured for years.
Using a highly intricate process, our lapel pins are well suited to display company logos or text with depth and richness not achieved with other styles.
A die is cut to the image of your design (repeat orders save on this step!). Your image is stamped on the sheet of iron or copper. Cutting molds are made separately, and the pins are cut out to the outline of the design shape. Plating is done next: for this type of pin the most common plating is gold-on-gold, but other metal plating such as silver and black nickel are available. The raised metal surfaces are then highly polished to a luster finish, while recessed areas are left with a sandblasted look.
