Because we don’t require payment until you’ve approved your final proof, production begins soon after your payment is received.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll work with you to refund any portion of your order that hasn’t entered production. However, you’ll be responsible for the cost of any materials and labor that have already been completed.
