If you’d like to see your design in person before placing a full order, we can produce a sample and ship it to you. This requires upfront, non-refundable payment of the mold fee and shipping costs.
If you’d rather save on shipping, we can also manufacture your sample and send you detailed photos for approval before completing the rest of your order. This allows you to review the finished product without paying for shipping twice.
Because a custom mold must be created to produce your sample, the mold fee is required upfront and is non-refundable.
The mold fee is a one-time cost and is not charged again when you place your production order.
