It depends on where your order is in the process.
Before you approve your final proof and submit payment, you can make as many changes as you’d like to your artwork, size, style, or quantity.
Once your final proof has been approved, payment has been received, and production has begun, changes are no longer possible. At that point, materials have been ordered and manufacturing is already underway.
If you need to cancel your order after production has started, we’ll do our best to help. However, you’ll be responsible for the cost of any work already completed, including any products that have already been manufactured. Any unused shipping charges or unproduced items may be eligible for a refund, depending on the stage of production.
